]project-open[ is an ERP system with specific modules for translation agencies (SLV's, MLV's), translation departments and language service providers in general.

Translation and Localization Workflow: Project files can be assigned to translators, editors and proof-readers. Project participants automatically receive an e-mail about their assignments. A list of files can be imported from Trados 3.x, 5.x, 6x and 7x. See Translation Workflow and Localization Workflow for details.
Internet Collaboration: Clients and freelancers can up- and download files of unlimited size. Instead of exchanging files through e-mails, the documents to be translated will be uploaded directly to the system. There is no need to send, receive, pack and unpack files. Freelancers and staff members can chat, share files and discuss over the Internet.
Cost Accounting: Staff hours, freelance invoices and travel expenses are logged for each project, allowing tight financial control.
